Jaimee Fadaie, originally hailing from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, embarked on a journey that led her from Washington state to Southern California, and now finds her home in Houston, Texas. As the CFO of Fadaie Insurance, Jaimee’s roots in the insurance industry run deep, having been raised by a father who was an Insurance Agent for over 30 years and a mother who worked as a claims adjuster.

Jaimee’s foray into the professional world began at the age of 14, working as a file clerk for her father’s partner, setting the stage for a career dedicated to customer service excellence. Over the course of ten years, Jaimee honed her skills in various industries, cultivating a deep understanding of the art of serving clients and building relationships.

It was upon meeting her husband, Kash Fadaie, that Jaimee’s entrepreneurial spirit ignited, driving her to collaborate with him in building a thriving business. Over the past 18 years, Jaimee has played a pivotal role in the success of the business, overseeing financial management and ensuring the agency’s financial metrics are in order. Her dedication to leveraging cutting-edge technology in the insurance industry has empowered Fadaie Insurance to make informed decisions, understand profitability, and chart a path for future growth.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jaimee finds joy in her roles as a wife and a mother to three children. She relishes the art of cooking, cherishes family moments through travel and outdoor adventures, and embraces the Texan spirit with a deep love for her adopted home.
